Effective date: October 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This notice describes how the PaydayTop team (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with paydaytop.com (the “Website”) and any correspondence with us. We are responsible for that information.

2. Information collected automatically

When you access the Website, our hosting provider’s servers record standard log data: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring URL and the date and time of the request. We do not combine this data with other sources or use it to build profiles.

3. Information you provide

The Website has no accounts, comment sections or forms. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name if you provide it and the contents of your message.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Website does not use cookies, web beacons, analytics software, advertising tags or social media plug-ins. Fonts and images are hosted on our own domain.

5. Purposes and legal bases

We use log data to operate and secure the Website, and emails to respond to you. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure website and answering inquiries, and on legal obligation where we must keep or disclose information.

6. Disclosure of information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers that host the Website and our email, which act on our instructions, or where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process information outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Our hosting provider retains server logs for a limited period for security purposes. We keep emails only as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry.

9. Security

The Website is served over an encrypted connection and holds no reader accounts or reader databases. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we keep the information we hold to a minimum.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict its processing, or receive a portable copy. Send requests to support@paydaytop.com. If a state privacy law such as the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to you, you can ask to know, correct or delete your personal information, and asking won’t change how you’re treated. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Readers in the UK or the European Economic Area have similar rights under data protection law and can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK) or their local data protection authority.

11. Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-party websites

The Website links to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
